NearSpace Storage & Parking Marketplace
NearSpace is an Australian marketplace designed to connect people who have unused space with people looking for affordable local parking and storage.
If you have an empty driveway, unused garage, spare parking spot, shed, storage room or similar space, you can list it on NearSpace and potentially turn that unused space into extra income.
NearSpace makes it simple to showcase your available space, add photos and details, set your price and reach people searching for parking and storage in their local area.
Whether you have space available for a few weeks, several months or longer, NearSpace provides a simple way to make better use of it.
Listing your space is currently free, so there is nothing to lose by giving your unused space a chance to earn.
NearSpace is starting in Melbourne and expanding across Australia, helping local property owners make the most of their available space while giving customers more affordable and convenient options.
If you have unused space, consider listing it on NearSpace and turn space you are not using into an opportunity for extra income.

Distinguished and Famous people from Perth Southeast
📖 Albert Facey
Albert Facey lived in Temple Street, Victoria Park, during a life that included farming, tram driving and First World War service. A Fortunate Life, published in 1981, brought those experiences to a wide readership late in his life. Its plain account of hard work, hardship and family affection gave an unusual public voice to an apparently ordinary working man. The Victoria Park home was one stop within that larger Western Australian geography. His book’s lasting appeal lies partly in its refusal to equate a fortunate life with an easy one: the title sits beside experiences that offered very little comfort.
🏛️ Tony Buti
Tony Buti entered the Western Australian parliament as member for Armadale after the 2010 by-election. His background included teaching, legal work and academic study, followed by ministerial responsibilities in government. The Armadale association combines local party and community involvement with representing the electorate through successive elections. His parliamentary career has required moving between constituency concerns and policy affecting the wider state. That sustained representative connection gives the south-eastern district a place in his public life, while his earlier professional experience helps explain interests extending beyond the immediate demands of electoral politics.
